Enact Media (“we”, “us”) is a consulting and search-marketing agency. This policy describes what information we collect through our website and our internal tools, and how we handle it.

Information you provide

When you contact us through the form on this site, we receive the name, email address, business name, and message you submit. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we begin working together, to deliver our services. We do not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Website analytics

Our website may use standard analytics tools that collect anonymous usage information such as pages visited and approximate location. This helps us understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifying information is collected by these tools.

Google user data

Enact Media operates internal tools that connect to Google services, including the Google Ads API, to manage advertising accounts for our clients under our Google Ads manager account. These tools are used only by Enact Media staff.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We access Google Ads account data (campaign settings, performance reporting, and account configuration) only for the accounts our clients have linked to our manager account, and only to provide advertising management services to those clients.
• We do not transfer this data to third parties except as necessary to provide these services to the account owner, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice.
• We do not use this data for advertising purposes other than managing the client’s own advertising, and we do not sell it.
• No human other than authorised Enact Media staff reads this data, except with the client’s consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or where the data is aggregated for internal operations.
• Advertising account data is stored on Enact Media systems with access limited to authorised staff, and is retained only as long as needed to provide services to the client.

Client data

Data we access in the course of providing services to clients (advertising accounts, analytics, business information) is treated as confidential, used only for the engaged services, and never shared outside the agency-client relationship.

Data retention and your rights

We keep contact enquiries and client records only as long as necessary for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us.
